We provide operations support, both long and short term to assist clients establish new business operations, markets and fill critical talent needs on an interim basis.  Our seasoned team has successfully completed roles as CEO, Medical Director, COO, CFO, CIO, Quality Improvement Lead, Business Development, as well as, operated a new business unit for 24 months while permanent staff was recruited.   Deployments include physician groups, hospitals, HMOs, and software development efforts.
